Ylan is a passionate professional in integrative wellness, with over ten years of experience in kinesiology, fascia therapy, and natural health. She supports her clients with compassion and expertise, combining movement sciences, a holistic approach to the body, and deep listening to individual needs.

A member of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario since 2013, Ylan has worked with a wide variety of clients — from post-injury rehabilitation to athletic performance — while developing a unique approach centered on mobility, breathing, and optimizing movement. Her method is always personalized, rooted in respect for each person’s pace and goals.

Graduating in acupuncture from Collège Rosemont in Montreal, Ylan has continued her mission of integrating the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her practice and is now a member of the Ordre des Acupuncteurs du Québec. For her, acupuncture is a natural continuation of her journey: a way to support vitality, harmonize imbalances, and address health in all its dimensions — physical, emotional, and energetic.

Multilingual and deeply attentive, Ylan creates a safe and inclusive space where each person can feel supported on their path. Whether the goal is to relieve pain, regain energy, or simply feel more at home in one’s body, she offers guidance with heart, rigor, and a true passion for healing.
