  • Massage Therapist since 2002: Specialty in Sports and deep tissue massage.

  • Licensed acupuncturist since 2014 – Stage at the Pain Clinic at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital

  • Advanced muscular skeletal needling (Dry needling)

  • Neuro-Acupuncture (Peripheral nerve stimulation & trained in concussion management)

  • Sports Acupuncture (Field experience with National sports teams)

  • Kinesio Taping 

  • Dissection for the study of the relation of acupuncture points and peripheral nerve stimulation. 

  • Auriculotherapist (Medical Auriculotherapy studied under Dr. Alimi)

Achievements

  • Massage Therapist with Hockey Canada Women’s national program 2017- present: Won gold at Junior world Championship in Obihiro, Japan in 2019.

  • Co-started a pre-event Sport acupuncture program with the Canadiennes de Montreal to enhance performance and aid in mental preparation

  • Helped Georges St Pierre in preparation for his last fight against Bisping in November 2017 with Acupuncture to alleviate inflammatory pains.

  • Have worked with elite athletes from different disciplines since 2015: Judo, Fencing, Volleyball, Wrestling, Swimming, Hockey, Ultimate frisbee, Diving, Triathlons, Marathons, Mixed martial art and many others.

  • Lead speaker and organizer for Medical auriculotherapy with Dr. David Alimi & Dr. Hubert Gresser in Canada. 

  • Founder of Palestra Institute with the mission to bridge the gap between "alternative" and medical practices, organizing conferences and continuing education courses for licenced therapists or Healthcare professionals.
