Linda Lu is a Medical Execution Lead at sanofi-aventis and a professional leadership and executive coach at JAVS Mundo.  Linda has worked in the health care arena in a number of research and development roles for over 23 years with specialty in Oncology, Cardiology and Endocrinology.  In her leadership role in various clinical projects, she has led her team in the successful completion of over 30 clinical trials.  Her extensive knowledge in the field of medical research,  health care and the strong desire to improve how we think has garnered Linda a reputation of being the person management leans on for coaching and mentoring new co-workers as well as relationship building with external customers.  She applies the different cases she sees in everyday situations to help people get a better grasp of how to effectively understand themselves and others, manage conflicts, and negotiate to achieve balanced objectives.

Linda holds a B.Sc degree in physiology, bio/physics, and physical anthropology from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist under the College of Medical Radiation Technologist of Ontario.
